The results of University Grant Commission’s National Eligibility Test (NET) for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and eligibility for lectureship conducted on 26th December, 2010 is likely to be declared in the second half of May, 2011.
The National Educational Testing Bureau of University Grants Commission (UGC) conducts the National Eligibility Test (NET). The successful candidates will be eligible for lectureship and also for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) award. The test is conducted twice in a year- once in June and the other in December. The next UGC-NET will be held on 26th June, 2011 the commission advised to apply immediately in order to avoid last minute rush..
The test is conducted in subject areas including Humanities, Forensic Science, Social Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Computer Science and Applications and Electronic Science.
